Art with a voice. Creativity with a purpose.
I am a Canadian artist, photographer and author creating expressive art, photography, poetry and books inspired by emotion, human experience and mental health awareness.
For me, art has never been simply about creating something beautiful. It is about expression, connection, and giving a voice to the things we sometimes struggle to put into words.
My creative journey is deeply connected to my passion for mental health awareness. I believe creativity can open doors to conversations that might otherwise remain closed. Art gives us permission to feel, to question, to be vulnerable, and sometimes simply to know that we are not alone.
My professional and personal experiences have taken me through creative work, communication, digital spaces, community, and working with people from many different walks of life. Each experience has shaped the way I see the world and, ultimately, the way I create.
Today, I bring those pieces together through art, photography, digital creation, and storytelling.
I create from emotion, curiosity, experience, and the wonderfully imperfect reality of being human. Some pieces may make you smile. Others may make you uncomfortable, reflective, hopeful, or simply make you stop for a moment.
That’s the point.
Mental health is not always easy to talk about. Through my work, I hope to help break down some of the walls surrounding those conversations and replace judgment with curiosity, empathy, and understanding.
I don’t believe our struggles, differences, or imperfections are things we should hide. They are part of our stories. They shape us, challenge us, and often reveal strengths we didn’t know we had.
If something I create makes you look a little longer, feel a little deeper, start a conversation, or see yourself or someone else differently, then the art has done something meaningful.
I create because creativity gives us a space to be human—messy, beautiful, complicated, different, and real.
Create boldly. Feel deeply. Make space for every mind.
